Brand Building

A brand building studio in Miami that starts before the logo. Naming, positioning, the identity system, and the direction a launch hangs on. We build brands from the first idea to the day they go live.

The Problem

Most new brands start in the wrong place. They order a logo before they can say who they are, what they stand for, or why anyone should care. The logo is the last decision, not the first. Skip the thinking and every asset after it inherits the confusion.

Live identity case / HNRX Studio

We built the studio the same way.

HNRX is the first proof of the process: a name drawn from Henrix, a position built around direction, and one identity system designed to hold strategy, campaigns, motion, and the studio's own intellectual property together.

01 / Position

Creative direction that multiplies.

A brand should not need a new personality every time it makes something. HNRX begins with one clear idea, then makes every image, film, word, and launch prove it.

We do not make content.
We multiply brands.

03 / Verbal identity

Direct. Exact. Written with a point of view.

Direction first, always.

The thinking is the moat.

A studio with no edges has no shape.

04 / Brand world

An identity that can move.

The system extends beyond a logo into metallic material, authored characters, restrained typography, a repeatable title structure, and motion that feels like the same studio before the name ever appears.

Material
Chrome, black pigment, reflected light
Voice
Confident, concise, never generic
Behavior
Quiet structure interrupted by authored moments

What we build

  • Positioning: who you are, who you are for, and the one thing you own
  • Naming and verbal identity: the name, the voice, the way you sound
  • Visual identity system: logo, type, color, and the rules that hold it together
  • The launch: the campaign, the first assets, the direction it all runs on
  • A brand character, if you want one, that carries it all forward (the Digital Muse)

Starting at $5,000

The Brand Foundation

A complete starting system for a new brand or a focused identity reset. The scope is intentionally defined so the foundation is useful, not padded.

  • Discovery session and focused category review
  • Positioning, audience, brand pillars, personality, and tone of voice direction
  • Two visual stylescapes, followed by one selected identity direction
  • Responsive logo suite: primary mark, secondary lockup, submark, and favicon
  • Color palette, typography hierarchy, and one signature graphic device
  • Imagery and art direction guidelines
  • A concise brand guide, organized final asset library, and AI-use guardrails for voice and imagery
  • Two practical launch applications and a live team handoff
  • A 30-day consistency review after delivery
  • Two revision rounds and an expected timeline of five to seven weeks

Scoped beyond the foundation

Naming, long form messaging, custom icon or illustration libraries, packaging systems, website design, photography, motion, and full launch campaigns are estimated separately. No unlimited asset lists hidden inside a fixed price.

What leaves the studio

Built to be used.

The finished identity is not a presentation the client admires once. It is a working system their team, partners, and future creatives can open and use without guessing.

01 / Decisions

The brand foundation

Positioning, audience, promise, pillars, personality, and the reasoning that keeps future decisions aligned.

02 / Expression

The identity system

Logo suite, color, typography, graphic device, imagery direction, voice principles, and clear examples of use.

03 / Tools

The working kit

Organized source and export files, practical applications, a quick-reference guide, and documented AI guardrails.

04 / Adoption

The handoff

A live walkthrough, usage guidance, launch priorities, and a focused review after the system has entered the real world.

The Process

Direction first, always. We find the idea the brand is built on before anything is designed, and it is signed off before a single asset is made. Then the identity is built on top of it, and the launch is built on top of that. Each layer answers to the one beneath it, which is why the finished brand feels like one decision instead of forty.

The thinking is the moat

Anyone can generate a logo now. What does not commoditize is knowing which one is right, and why. A brand built on a real idea survives a redesign, a new season, a change of hands. A brand built on a nice-looking logo does not. The studio's whole argument is that direction is the durable part, and brand building is where direction matters most.

Questions

Yes, and brand identity for a company being born is one of the studio's core services. The earlier the direction is set, the more it multiplies.

Yes. Brand guidelines are the starting input, not an obstacle. If you have fonts, colors, and a voice, the work is built inside them. If you do not, building them is the work.

The Brand Foundation starts at $5,000. Naming, packaging, custom icon or illustration libraries, websites, motion, and launch campaigns are scoped separately because their scale varies substantially.

You do. Standard commercial usage rights are included in every engagement, and full rights transfer completes on final payment.

Build it right from the first idea.
