1. Who we are, and acceptance
This website, hnrxstudio.com, is owned and operated by HNRX Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("HNRX Studio," "we," "us"), based in Miami, Florida. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. This page does not govern client work
These terms govern your use of the website only. Any paid engagement with HNRX Studio is governed exclusively by a separate signed Client Services Agreement and its statement of work. Descriptions of services, deliverables, pricing, rights, and timelines on this site are informational and are not an offer, a quote, or a contract.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, code, imagery, motion, the HNRX Studio name and marks, and The Mutants character universe, is owned by HNRX Studio or its founder and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Mutants are federally copyright registered (Henrix Mutants Character Collection) and are not for sale. Nothing on this site grants you any license to copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, train any model on, or otherwise use that content, except to view the site for its intended purpose. Any license involving The Mutants must be expressly approved in a separate written agreement defining the permitted use, term, territory, media, category, and any exclusivity.
4. Concept campaigns
Concept campaigns shown on this site are unsolicited speculative work created for demonstration purposes. HNRX Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand shown. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Brands are referenced by name in descriptive text only.
5. The site assistant is an AI
The chat assistant on this site is an artificial intelligence trained on the studio's own materials. Its responses are informational, may be inaccurate, and are not offers, quotes, professional advice, or a binding statement by HNRX Studio. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information to it. For anything that matters, contact us directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data; use the site or its content to train any machine learning model; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; interfere with the site's operation; or misuse the inquiry form or chat assistant to transmit spam, malware, or abusive content.
7. Submissions
Information you submit through the inquiry form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form or the chat assistant. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship; a client relationship begins only on a signed Client Services Agreement.
8. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following such links is at your own risk.
9. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HNRX Studio and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HNRX Studio and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
