Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Inquiry details you submit, such as your name, email, company, website, budget, project needs, and message.
  • Referral and campaign details stored for the current browsing session, such as the page you entered on and UTM parameters. If you submit an inquiry, those details are included with it so we know how you found HNRX Studio.
  • Optional Google Analytics data after you allow analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and site interactions.
  • For invited client-portal users, account details and the project information, files, comments, review decisions, and activity needed to provide the workspace.
  • Messages you choose to send to the site assistant.

How we use information

HNRX Studio uses this information to answer inquiries, evaluate project fit, book calls, provide client workspaces, deliver services, send account or project notifications, maintain security, and understand how the site is performing. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

Services that support the site

HNRX Studio uses service providers only for the functions needed to operate the site and client experience:

  • Netlify for website hosting and inquiry-form processing.
  • Google Analytics for optional website measurement.
  • Calendly for appointment booking, subject to Calendly's own privacy terms.
  • OpenAI's API to generate site-assistant responses.
  • Supabase for client-portal authentication, database records, and private file storage.
  • Resend for transactional account and project-notification emails.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, financial, health, or other sensitive personal information through the public inquiry form or site assistant.

Your analytics choice

Google Analytics is optional and runs only after you select “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and advertising user-data signals remain off. HNRX Studio does not currently use Meta Pixel or another advertising tracker.

You can learn about Google's handling of Analytics data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Changing your choice affects future measurement on this device; it does not erase information already collected.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer inquiries, provide and document client services, protect the business, and meet legal or accounting responsibilities. Client-portal access is restricted to authorized accounts and project files are stored privately. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Questions and requests

To ask what information HNRX Studio holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, email info@hnrxstudio.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
